MICA Building, Singapore (formerly known as the Old Hill Street Police Station) was built in 1934 to house the Hill Street Police Station and Barracks. When it was completed in 1934, this 6-storey building was considered to be a skyscraper as it was then the tallest building in Singapore. This building has 911 windows. It was gazetted as a national monument in 1998 and transformed into comfortable and lively premises for the Singapore Ministry of Information, Communication and the Arts.
